We carefully screen our tenants to make sure they are reliable, responsible individuals who will ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. For this reason, all prospect tenants are required to go through an application process that includes:
- Completing and submitting an application form. Please contact us at to receive an electronic copy of the form.
- Completing a credit and background check through TransUnion SmartMove. You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to complete the process at the email address that you provided us. A $30 fee is associated with this service, and is charged directly by TransUnion.
